The detail is surveyed using the Leica Total Stations in conjunction with the very latest laser scanning instruments, that allow us to capture data both fast and accurately so that the client gets a precise and great value survey.
In the office we use the latest processing software whilst maintaining core surveying principles to ensure that the quality and accuracy is continually kept to a high standard. We then supply the topographical surveys in either 2D or 3D drawing files, accompanied by an easy-to-read pdf copy.
Specifications can be tailored from simple structure and boundary outlines to fully detailed plans showing: levels, surface and below ground features, foliage, trees and buried services.
At Clifton Surveys we can also offer measured building surveys, encompassing internal floor plans and internal or external elevations.
Either of these can be done as a stand alone survey, as part of a complete measured building survey or even in conjunction with any topographical surveying that may be required.
